Terms of Use
Last updated: 17 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the SK BULTA website (Rīga, Latvia) and participation in club events. By using the site or joining an event, you agree to them.
1. Using the site
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt it, misuse accounts, or scrape it in ways that harm other users.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity under your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Events & participation
Running is a physical activity you undertake at your own risk. You confirm that you are healthy enough to participate and will follow instructions from coaches and event organisers. SK BULTA is not liable for injury or loss arising from participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Content
All text, images and branding on this site belong to SK BULTA or our contributors. Don't reuse them for commercial purposes without permission. Photos taken at events may be used to promote the club; tell us at info@skbulta.lv if you'd prefer not to appear.
5. Joining the club
Joining SK BULTA is arranged directly with us - write to info@skbulta.lv and we will confirm any current conditions, training times and fees before you commit to anything. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.
6. Event listings and third-party services
Our event listings are synced from our Strava club, and the site links to Strava, social networks and partner websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we don't control their content. Dates, times and meeting points can change at short notice - always check the latest listing before heading out.
7. Training information
The pace tables and other material in Useful Info are provided for general guidance only and are not medical or professional coaching advice. Consult a doctor before starting or changing a training programme.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Rīga.
